ఈ రోజు అమ్మవారు శ్రీ అన్నపూర్ణేశ్వరి అవతారములో దర్శనము ఇచ్చును.ఆమెను నిత్యం కొలిచిన వారికి అన్నానికి లోటు ఉండదని ప్రతీతి. మానవులకు మాత్రమే కాకుండా సకల జీవరాశులకు ఆహారం అనేది ఆమె కృపవల్లనే... లభిస్తుందని పండితులు పేర్కొంటున్నారు. పార్వతీ దేవీ అవతారమైన దుర్గాదేవీ సాక్షాత్తు భర్త అయిన పరమేశ్వరునికి ఓ సమయంలో భిక్షాటనకు వస్తే పాయసాన్నాన్ని వడ్డిస్తుంది. అంటే ఆకలిగొని ఎవరైనా తన ఇంటికి వస్తే... కలిగిన దాంట్లో సగమైనా పెట్టాలనే విధానాన్ని లోకానికి బోధించడమే దీని అర్థమని పండితులు చెబుతున్నారు.

చంద్రఘంటాదేవి ( నవదుర్గా స్థోత్ర)

చంద్రఘంటాదేవి
ఈ తల్లి తన శిరమున దాల్చిన అర్ధచంద్రుడు ఘంటాకృతిలో ఉండుటచే ఈమెకు 'చంద్రఘంట' యను పేరు స్థిరపడెను. ఈమె శరీరము బంగారు కాంతి మయము. ఈమె తన పది చేతులలో ఖడ్గము మొదలగు శస్త్రములను, బాణము మున్నగు అస్త్రములను ధరించియుండును. ఈమె సింహ వాహన. ఈమె సర్వదా సన్నాహయై యుద్ధముద్రలోనుండును. ఈమె గంటనుండి వెలువడు భయంకరధ్వనులను విన్నంతనే క్రూరులై దైత్య దానవ రాక్షసులు ఎల్లప్పుడు వడగడలాడుచుందురు. కాని భక్తులకును, ఉపాసకులకును ఈమె మిక్కిలి సౌమ్యముగను, ప్రశాంతముగను కన్పట్టుచుండును.
ఈ దేవి ఆరాధన సద్యఃఫలదాయకము. భక్తుల కష్టములను ఈమె అతి శీఘ్రముగా నివారించుచుండును. ఈ సింహవాహనను ఉపాసించువారు సింహ సదృశులై పరాక్రమశాలురుగా నిర్భయులుగా ఉందురు. ఏవిధమైన భయములును వారిని బాధింపజాలవు.

దసరా వచ్చింది ఈరోజు బాలా త్రిపుర సుందరి అవతారం(Bala Kavacham)

దసరా ఒక హిందువుల ముఖ్యమైన పండుగ . ఆశ్వయుజ శుద్ధ పాడ్యమి నుండి తొమ్మిది రోజులు దేవీ నవరాత్రులు పదవ రోజు విజయ దశమి కలసి దసరా అంటారు. ఇది ముఖ్యముగా శక్తి ఆరాధనకు ప్రాధాన్యత ఇచ్చే పండుగ. ఈ పండుగకు నవరాత్రి, శరన్నవరాత్రి అనీ అంటారు. శరదృతువు ఆరంభంలో వచ్చే పండుగ కనుక ఈ పేరు వచ్చింది.

ఈ పండుగకు ఈ పది రోజులు పది అవతారాలుగా అమ్మవారిని అలంకరించుకొని పూజ చేస్తారు. రోజు ప్రతి ఇంట్లోను లలితా సహస్త్రమ్ చదువుతారు. బొమ్మలకొలువులు పెడతారు. బ్రహ్మదేవుని వరాల వలన వరగర్వితుడైన మహిషాసురుడు దేవతల్తో ఘోరమైన యుద్ధమి చేసి వారిని ఓడించి ఇంద్రపదవి చేపట్టాడు. దేవేంద్రుడు త్రిమూర్తులతో మొర పెట్టుకొనగా మహిషునిపై వారిలో రగిలిన క్రోధాగ్ని ప్రకాశవంతమైన తేజముగా మారింది .త్రిమూర్తుల తేజము కేంద్రీకృతమై ఒక స్త్రీరూపమై జన్మించింది.

శైలపుత్రి

సతీదేవి యోగాగ్నిలో తనువును త్యజించి, పిదప పర్వతరాజైన హిమవంతుని యింట పుత్రికయై అవతరించినందున ఆమెకు శైలపుత్రి అను నామము. వృషభవాహనారూఢయైన ఈ మాతకు కుడిచేతిలో త్రిశూలము, ఎడమచేతిలో కమలము విరాజిల్లుచుండును. తలపై చంద్రవంకను ధరించియుండును. పార్వతి, హైమవతి అనునవియు ఆమె పేర్లే. శైలపుత్రి మహిమలు, శక్తులు అనంతములు. వాంఛితములను ప్రసాదించు తల్లి.

నేటిదినమును బాలాత్రిపురసుందరి అవతారములో అమ్మవారిని పూజించవచ్చు.ఈరోజు చిన్నపిల్లలకు పసుపురాసి పూజచేసి వారిలో అమ్మవారిని చిన్నపిల్లగా చూస్తారు. ఈమెను బ్రహ్మచారిణి అని అందురు.

బ్రహ్మచారిణి

'బ్రహ్మచారిణి' యనగా తపమాచరించు తల్లి. బ్రహ్మమునందు చరించునది.కుడి చేతియందు జపమాలను, ఎడమచేతియందు కమండలువును ధరించును. పరమేశ్వరుని పతిగా బడయుటకు తీవ్రమైన తపమొనర్చి ఉమ యని ప్రసిద్ధి వహించెను. ఈ దేవి స్వరూపము జ్యోతిర్మయము. మిక్కిలి శుభంకరము. భక్తులకును, సిద్ధులకును అనంత ఫలప్రదము. బ్రహ్మచారిణీ దేవి కృపవలన ఉపాసకులకు నిశ్చలమగు దీక్ష, సర్వత్ర సిద్ధి, విజయము ప్రాప్తించును.

స్వైన్ ఫ్లూ నివారణ మార్గాలు :- ఒక సెకను పాటు లవంగ నూనె (క్లోవ్ ఆయిల్)ను పీల్చాలి- రోజుకు ఒక లవంగమొగ్గనైనా నమలాలి- ఒకటి నుంచి ఐదు గ్రాముల పచ్చి వెల్లుల్లి రేకలు, లేదా ఉల్లిగడ్డ, అల్లం ముక్కను తినాలి- రెండు గ్రాముల పసుపును వేడి పాలలో కలుపుకొని సేవించాలి- నిమ్మ లాంటి సి విటమిన్ ఎక్కువగా ఉండే పళ్ళను ఎక్కువగా తీసుకోవాలి- నీలగిరి (యుకలిప్టస్) ఆయిల్ చుక్కలను చేతిరుమాళ్ళపైన, మాస్క్ లపైన వేసుకొని వాసన చూస్తూ ఉంటే స్వైన్ ఫ్లూ సోకే ప్రమాదం తక్కువ అవుతుందని నేషనల్ ఇనిస్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ వైరాలజీ (ఎన్ ఐవి) సూచించింది- మనలో రోగ నిరోధక శక్తిని పెంచేందుకు తులసి, విటమిన్ సి ఉన్న పదార్థాలు వినియోగిస్తే చాలన్నది ఇప్పటి వరకూ ఉన్న విశ్వాసం. అయితే, నిమ్మకాయ, రాతి ఉసిరికాయ (ఇండియన్ గూస్ బెరి) పొడిని వేడినీటిలో కలుపుకొని సేవిస్తే మరింత సమర్థంగా పనిచేస్తుంది.- తులసి ఆకుకు స్వైన్ ఫ్లూ నుంచి మనలను రక్షించే గుణం ఉందని ఆయుర్వేద నిపుణులు చెబుతున్నారు. ప్రాణాంతక స్వైన్ ఫ్లూ మనల్ని సోకకుండా తులసి కాపాడడమే కాకుండా వ్యాధి సోకిన వారిని త్వరగా కోలుకొనేలా చేస్తుందని ఆయుర్వేద వైద్య నిపుణులు వెల్లడించారు. తులసిలో ఉండే 'యాంటీ ఫ్లూ' పదార్థం వల్ల ఇది సాధ్యమని నిర్ధారణ అయిందంటున్నారు. ప్రతి రోజూ రెండు సార్లు ఖాళీ కడుపుతో 20 నుంచి 25 తులసి ఆకులను తింటే స్వైన్ ఫ్లూను నివారిస్తుంది. తులసి ఆకు మనలో రోగనిరోధక శక్తిని బాగా పెంచుతుందని నిపుణులు పేర్కొంటున్నారు.స్వైన్ ఫ్లూ మరికొన్ని ముందు జాగ్రత్తలు :- ఇంటి నుంచి బయటికి వెళ్ళినప్పుడల్లా ముఖానికి మాస్క్ లు వేసుకోవాలి- డెట్టాల్ లాంటి మురికిని తుడిచేసే పదార్థాలతో వీలైనన్ని ఎక్కువసార్లు చేతులు ఇతర శరీర భాగాలను పరిశుభ్రం చేసుకుంటూ ఉండాలి- కాచి వడపోసిన నీటిని మాత్రమే సేవించాలి- చేతులను వీలైనన్ని ఎక్కువసార్లు కడుక్కోవాలి- బయటి ఆహారపదార్థాలను తినకుండా ఉండాలి- నిమ్మ లేదా సి విటమిన్ ఉండే పదార్థాలను అత్యధికంగా తీసుకోవాలి- శరీరం వేడిగా ఉండేలా చూసుకోవాలి. బయటి ప్రదేశాల్లో మల మూత్రాలు విసర్జించకూడదు- మంచినీటిని ఎక్కువగా తాగాలి- రాత్రి పూట తగినంత నిద్రపోవడం తప్పనిసరిస్వైన్ ఫ్లూ వ్యాధి లక్షణాలు :- విపరీతంగా జ్వరం వస్తుంది. సాదారణంగా వచ్చే జ్వరంలా ఉండదు. కొన్నిసార్లు అసలు జ్వరమే లేకపోవచ్చు.- దగ్గు వస్తుంది- ముక్కు నుంచి నిరంతరం నీరు కారుతూ ఉండడం, లేదా మూసుకుపోవడం- గొంతులో ఒరుపు వచ్చి నొప్పిగా ఉంటుంది- ఒళ్ళు నొప్పులుంటాయి- తలనొప్పి, విపరీతంగా చలి అనిపిస్తుంది- విపరీతమైన అలసటగా ఉంటుంది- విరేచనాలు, వాంతులు కొన్ని సందర్భాల్లో ఉంటాయి.- న్యూమోనియా, శ్వాస తీసుకోవడంలో ఇబ్బందులు లాంటి లక్షణాలు కనిపించినప్పుడు స్వైన్ ఫ్లూ తీవ్రంగా ఉన్నట్లు గుర్తించాలి.స్వైన్ ఫ్లూ బారిన సునాయాసంగా పడే వారు :- ప్రాణాంతక వ్యాధులున్నవారికి స్వైన్ ఫ్లూ త్వరగా సోకే అవకాశం ఉంది- గర్భిణిలు కూడా స్వైన్ ఫ్లూ వ్యాధి బారిన త్వరగా పడే అవకాశం ఉంది- ఊపిరితిత్తుల వ్యాధులు, ఆస్తమా, కార్డియో వాస్క్యులార్ జబ్బులు, చక్కెర వ్యాధి, ఇమ్యూనో సప్రెషన్ లాంటి రోగాలతో నిత్యం బాధపడే వారికి కూడా స్వైన్ ఫ్లూ సోకే ప్రమాదం ఎక్కువగా ఉంటుందని నిపుణులు హెచ్చరిస్తున్నారు.- పిల్లలు, ఊబకాయంతో బాధపడే పెద్దలకు కూడా స్వైన్ ఫ్లూ ప్రమాదం ఎక్కువగా ఉంటుంది.

ఈ పక్షి పిల్లల photos నేనే తీసాను. మా ఇంటి ముందు వున్న పోస్ట్ బాక్శ్ లో పక్షి eggs పెట్టింది. అవి పిల్లలు అయ్యాయి. మీరు చూస్తున్నది ఆ పక్షి పిల్లలే. అవి మూలగా వున్నాయి కదా. మా ఇంట్లో కి ఎగిరి వస్తే అమ్మమ్మ పట్టుకుంది. నేను కొంచెం సేపు ఆడుకుని వదిలి పెట్టాను.

ఈ రోజు శ్రావణమాసంలో వచ్చిన మొదటి శుక్రవారము కదా. అందుకు అమ్మమ్మ పూజ చేసుకుంది . అయితే అమ్మమ్మ మహాలక్ష్మి పూజ చేసింది. అమ్మవారికి హారతి ఇచ్చినప్పుడు నేను ఈ పాట పాడాను. అన్నమాచార్యులవారు రచించినది. క్షీరాబ్ధికన్యకకు శ్రీమహాలక్ష్మినికి నీరాజనం. పాట చాలా బాగుంటుంది.

చెడు ఆలోచనలు ప్రభావం

హాయ్! అందరికీ అమ్మమ్మ చిన్నకధ చెప్పింది ఇప్పుడే అది మీకూ చెప్పనా. ఐతే కధ చాలా చిన్నది మరి. సరె ఐతే చెప్తున్నాను.

అనగనగా ఒక మంత్రిగారు పనిమీద ఒక వూరు మీదుగా ఉన్న పొలంలోకి వెళ్ళాడు. మంత్రిగారు కి రైతు తన చెరకు తోటలోని తాజాచెరుకు రసం ను తీసి ఇచ్చాడు. తీయని చెరకు రసం తాగిన మంత్రిగారికి కళ్ళు చెరకు తోటపై పడ్డాయి. ఏపుగా పెరిగిన ఈ పంట నుంచి అదనంగా ఎంత పన్ను వసూలు చెయచ్చునో అని మనసులో లెక్కలు వేసుకున్నాడు . మంత్రి ఇంకోంచెం చెరకు రసం తీసుకురమ్మనాడు. ఈ సారి తెచ్చిన రసం అంత తీయగా లేదు. మంత్రి ఆశ్చర్యాన్ని వెల్లిబుచాడు. మీ మనసులో అసూయ ప్రవేసించింన వెంటనే చెరకు రసం తన తియ్యదనాన్ని కోల్పోయింది. అని రైతు సమాధానం ఇచాడు. తన తప్పు తెలుసుకున్నాడు మంత్రి.

అయితే ఈకధలో నీతి ఉంది. అది ఏమిటంటే

చెడు ఆలోచనలు పరిసరాలను కలుషితము చేస్తాయి అని. కధ బాగుంది కదండి. మరో సారి ఇంకో విషయంతో వస్తాను మరి bye.

Do not hurt yourself:

One night a snake while it was looking for food, entered a carpenter’s workshop.

The carpenter, who was a rather untidy man, had left several of his tools lying on the floor.

One of them was a saw. As the snake went round and round the shop, he climbed over the

saw, which gave him a little cut.

At once, thinking that the saw was attacking him, he turned around and bit it so hard that his mouth started to bleed. This made him very angry. He attacked again and again until the saw was covered with blood and seemed to be dead.

Dying from his own wounds, the snake decided to give one last hard bite then turned away. The next morning the carpenter was surprised to find a dead snake on his doorstep.

Lesson to Learn:

Sometimes in trying to hurt others, we only hurt ourselves

మాకు స్కూల్లో క్లాసు లు మొదలు పెట్టారు హోం వర్క్స్ ఇస్తున్నారు . సంగీతం , డాన్స్ , కరాటే నేర్చుకుంటున్నాను. నాకు కరాటే కంటే డాన్స్ బాగా నచ్చింది. పాటలు నాకు ఎలాగు ఇష్టమే కదా. మిగతా సబ్జక్ట్స్ కుడా బాగున్నాయి. నాకు అన్నిటి లోని మాథ్స్ చాలా నచ్చాయి. నాకు ఫ్రీ టైం దొరికితే మాథ్స్ చేస్తున్నాను . అవి అయిపోయాకా మా అమ్మమ్మ తో స్టోరీస్ చెప్పించుకుంటున్నాను. ఈ మధ్య నేను పోస్ట్ లు పెట్టలేదు కానీ మంచి మంచి కధలు చాలా చెప్పింది . నాకు వీలు కలిగినప్పుడు మీకు చెప్తానే మరి.
ఇక్కడ హైదరా బాదులొ నాకు చెట్లు బాగా నచ్చాయి . మేము వుండే ప్రదేశంలో పక్షులు వున్నాయి . వాటి సౌండ్స్ ఎంత బాగున్నాయో. నేను అప్పుడు అప్పుడు ఫొటోస్ కుడా తీశాను నాకు పక్షులు చాలా నచ్చాయి. అవికూడా మీతో వీలున్నప్పుడు షేర్ చేసుకుంటాను .
